Roles & Responsibilities:
- DSP, embedded code, EFI drivers, EFI applications, and BIOS/UEFI upgrades, updates, and changes to codes and programs for sections and subsystems of firmware, including DSP, embedded code, EFI drivers, EFI applications, and BIOS/UEFI.
- Executes predefined test plans and procedures for assigned code segments; locates, logs, and debugs errors.
- On firmware design and development, develops an understanding of and interaction with internal and outsourced development partners.
- Develops stable, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions for low to moderately complex products as part of a project team with other firmware engineers and internal and outsourced development partners.
